"Walking in the footsteps of Richard the Lionheart"


Enjoy a guided tour by experts of the very important sites within the village and finish with a visit to the pub and restaurant.
These sites are private property and is not normally open to the public.

  • King John's Palace (the Kings House's)
  • Great Pond of Clipstone - probably one of the largest village ponds in England
  • The Dog & Duck meadow - the best preserved fragment of the 8 mile long Clipstone Park water meadows
